By accessing SprintSocials.com or engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

SprintSocials provides B2B social media management and content creation. The specific scope of work is defined in your individual Service Agreement or Invoice.

2. Client Responsibilities

Access: You must provide the necessary permissions for us to manage your social media profiles.

Content Approval: You are responsible for the final review of content to ensure it aligns with your brand’s legal and ethical standards.

3. Payments & Cancellations

Fees are billed in advance or as per the agreed milestone schedule.

Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services.

Cancellation notice periods are defined in your specific service package.

4. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the brand assets you provide.

Our Deliverables: Upon full payment, the rights to the final content created by SprintSocials transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified.

5. Limitation of Liability

SprintSocials is an online service provider. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of revenue) resulting from platform algorithm changes or third-party social media site bans.
